Fruit Leather

Fruit leather is a snack made with whole fresh fruit, some pectin (like with jellies), and our signature spices (ginger, Sichuan, paprika).

We rotate the types of fruit and flavors weekly, but usually we have red grape, stone fruit (peach, plum, nectarine), strawberry and green grape.
